Mountain Branch Donation Information
Mountain Branch takes pride in supporting as many chartiable organizations as possible and we receive multiple requests per week for charitable donations of either golf rounds or merchandise. In an attempt to help as many organizations as our donation budget will allow in an equitable manner we have established several donation request policies.
Mountain Branch will offer donated 2 rounds of golf for 2 rounds purchased. This will be allowed up to a total of 4 rounds purchased and 4 rounds donated. The fee for this is $75/round making the rounds of golf good for anytime any day throughout the current golfing season. Example: Purchase 2 rounds of golf for $150 we will donate 2 rounds giving you a foursome at a value of $300.
In order to qualify for a matched donation, the following requirements must be met:
1) Requests received by Mountain Branch must be accompanied by one, or both, of the following:
a.) A form verifying 501(c)3 status
b.) A brochure, or other literature, that verifies the date of the event, purpose, and location.
Rounds of golf acquired through the use of this form must be used as either a prize for the event, raffle item, silent auction prize, hole prize, team prize or other prizes that a player may win through participating in the event.
2) Donations of rounds are not guaranteed, and are subject to management and/or ownership, approval.

Awarded Dontaion Requests will be notified via email to the email address listed on the request information accompanied by a link to make your purchase via credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Once payment has been received the Donated Rounds will be mailed out the next business day.
